However, when times are tough and every penny counts, there’s nothing wrong with sharing aspects of your home with others – for a price. Why not make the most of your investment? Storage solutions

Do you enjoy a clutter-free lifestyle? Are you super organised? Well, the good news for you is that most people are not. Therefore, if you have extra storage space in your home, you can always offer it to someone for a small fee (just make sure their trunks do not have human corpses in them…I’m kidding!).

Here’s the last, most glamorous option. You can offer your property to a production house to use in their upcoming film, drama, music video, or photo shoot. While you may think opportunities are scarce, with the number of productions taking place nowadays, there’s a good chance someone is looking for the type of space you own. Production houses often offer a substantial fee, but please note that this will probably not be a permanent source of income.
