Bahria Town Karachi management published a BIG news for registered members. In case they do not success in balloting, Bahria will return 150,000 along with Token money. So it means if you do not get a plot in Balloting, you will get 150,000 against your registration slip. This is another try from Bahria Town to make the registration slip valuable but I personally think, registration form rate will touch around 150,000 for a couple of hours today and then again price will go down.
My suggestion to Bahria Town, if they really want this Registration valuable. They should announce one 125 sq yards plots against 2 registration slip. This will really boost up the registration price very high. Anyway, i'm a lay man and they are BIG brains.
